was founded in 1968 by George Dragas, Jr., and continues to
operate today providing residential mortgage loans to homebuyers
at Dragas communities, in other builders' projects, and to resale
buyers throughout Hampton Roads.

Dragas Mortgage Company is able to make the loan approval process,
from loan origination to closing, a simple one for our borrowers.
You will be working directly with the person responsible for
approving your loan, so you, the borrower, do not have to make
channel your efforts through different levels of management.
