President, Dragas Mortgage
Lisa brings more than 30 years of mortgage banking expertise in Hampton Roads, with experience from originating first mortgages to management.
As President of Dragas Mortgage, Lisa directs the daily operation of the mortgage company. She provides guidance, training and support to mortgage staff and loan originators. Lisa also works with customers one-on-one, originating mortgages, whether new construction or previously owned homes.
Lisa holds a Virginia Mortgage Originator License and has been an active Tidewater Builder Association (TBA) member for over 25 years. She began serving as a TBA board member in 2017 and has worked on various committees over the years. She is an active member of the Norfolk Cosmopolitan Club, which raises money for juvenile diabetes. Lisa enjoys attending country concerts and traveling, especially anywhere she can sink her toes into the sand.
Senior Loan Officer
Marcia has over 30 years of mortgage lending and banking experience where customer service and satisfaction have always been her primary motivators. As a licensed mortgage loan officer, Marcia guides her clients carefully to ensure that they select the mortgage loan that best fits their short- and long-term financial goals.
Marcia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of the State of New York and has instructed many financial services courses over her career.
Because a great deal of her life has either been spent boating on it, walking on its beaches, or just looking at its sunsets, Marcia has a very deep affection for the Chesapeake Bay. She also loves attending Opera performances at Harrison Opera House and the Broadway in Norfolk series whenever they visit Hampton Roads. Marcia is an active supporter of Edmarc Hospice for Children, whose mission is to ease the trauma of a child’s illness or death, and to reduce the disabling effects of pediatric illness, loss, and bereavement on families in the Hampton Roads Area.

Connie has been involved in mortgage banking in Hampton Roads for over 35 years with experience in loan origination, underwriting and operations management, allowing her to understand the unique situations facing borrowers today and brings her knowledge into every transaction. She works closely with borrowers to tailor a mortgage loan to fit their individual needs and provides her clients with professional guidance throughout the loan process from origination to closing.
As a licensed Virginia Mortgage Loan Originator, she has been honored by Virginia Housing and Development Authority as a Top Producing Loan Officer in Hampton Roads.
Connie enjoys spending time with her family, boating and traveling to new adventures. She is a member of the Beachcombers Corvette Club which supports many charities and organizations such as the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, American Cancer Society and Seton House.
